Wedding Day-of Coordination Services

  • Meet with couple prior to wedding to define all responsibilities that will be assigned to the coordinator.
  • Collect and review vendor contracts.
  • Create a comprehensive timeline of the wedding day including an hour by hour schedule.
  • Contact all vendors to confirm contract details and coordinate arrival and delivery times on the wedding day. 
  • Attend the wedding rehearsal to organize the ceremony processional and recessional.
  • Final meeting with the couple to discuss remaining details and address any questions or concerns about the wedding day schedule.   
  • Retain the marriage license for officiant.
  • Ensure the Best Man and Maid of Honor have all necessary items.
  • Check the cermony site to ensure proper setup for the wedding.
  • Coordinate start time, processional and recessional with officiant, musicians, and bridal party.
  • Greet vendors upon their arrival at the ceremony and reception locations to accept deliveries.
  • Facilitate decorating at the reception site ensuring all candles are lit, floral arrangements are set, favors, guest book, and place cards are displayed. 
  • Check the reception site to ensure proper setup.
  • Direct bridal party and family to photography area after the ceremony.
  • Cue Bride and Groom for announcement, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, etc.
  • Ensure all vendors have received payment and any tips at the end of the reception.
  • Collect all sentimental valuables at the end of the reception including gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, cake servers,  etc.

Wedding Full Planning Services
Pricing is customized to every wedding.

Leading up to the wedding day:

  • Meet with couple prior to wedding to define all responsibilities that will be assigned to the coordinator.
  • Referrals for all wedding vendors (limited to 2-3 per vendor).
  • Set up all vendor appointments.
  • Accompany client to vendor appointments.
  • Help in reception planning.
  • Collect and review all vendor contracts.
  • Create a comprehensive timeline of the wedding day including an hour by hour schedule.
  • Contact all vendors to confirm contract details and coordinate arrival and delivery times on the wedding day. 
  • Create itineraries for each member of the wedding party .
  • Contact guests who have not RSVP’ed.

Day of Rehearsal

  • Attend the wedding rehearsal to organize the ceremony processional and recessional.
  • Final meeting with the couple to discuss remaining details and address any questions or concerns about the wedding day schedule.

Day of Wedding

  • Make sure the bride retains mementos from each aspect of the wedding (one program, one bouquet, one favor).
